Let’s just make this clear right from the start. I LOVE techno. Trance, house, d&b, and hardcore. I love them all. The thing is music videos for this type of music are few and far between. And I have no real idea why… though perhaps the lack of lyrics is a major reason.
After seeing Rudenko’s latest video for “Everybody” I was shocked by how similar it was to Sasha Dith’s “Russian Girls”. Now the music is quite different, and the setting is slightly more confined but take a look at the scenery. Uh, yeah. The girls are practically wearing the same outfits. Sheesh. In both videos the girls are beating up on guys. Sasha I think is in his but I have no idea who the guys is in Rudenko’s.
As for the videos, on top we have Sasha Dith’s “Russian Girls” (ProjectOne Remix). I couldn’t find a high quality original. Below that we have Rudenko’s “Everybody”. In the end, you be the judge but I personally think it’s pretty obvious. Oh, and I should note… I’m not complaining.
